blame the cult.. suicide is a very complicated behavior.. mental health professionals caution against assigning blame when people kill themselves.. being disfellowshipped is a life stress and some people are not equipped mentally to handle it.

Divine name debate - Greg Stafford v Paul Lundquist etc

i'd be interested in seeing any former threads.. what are we to make of greg stafford's theory (and the watchtower society's) that the hellenized philosophy of the early nt copyists caused them to remove the divine name (tetragrammaton or variants of) from the nt writings?
have any scholars offered a rebuttal?.

I know how you feel. My mom sort of dissapeared mentally and all she could do was talk about the "truth". I mean it. It ate away everything she was. She wasn't outright mean but kind of sugar-coated arsnic. It's all poison. I took care of her and was with her when she died. The cong she had been in forgot about her. assh..es. Those NY guys should be nailed to a pole/cross/xylon whatever they dub it....they deserve it.

by Nambo inso there was this great gang of us, from south london, manchester and wolverhampton, went to socialise with a group in fishguard in wales.. amongst the conversations one of the single sisters stated, "i could never marry anybody who used to be in the world".. i guess a lifetime of knocking on doors had given her the impression there couldnt possibly be a convert in her midst, never mind later alone with her in her mgb.. so whats with this, did you think we had rat scabies or were possesed by demons or something?.
